Commercial Epoxy in Kennesaw

A Kennesaw business owner near Swift-Cantrell Park needed a high-performance floor system for their commercial workshop that could withstand rolling tool carts, chemical exposure, and daily foot traffic from a team of twenty employees.

We shot-blasted the entire 4,800 sq ft concrete slab to ICRI CSP-3 profile and repaired several areas of spalling with a rapid-set cementitious patch. A 100-percent-solids epoxy primer was applied first, followed by a pigmented epoxy body coat. While the body coat was still wet, our crew broadcast quartz aggregate in a medium tan color to rejection, creating an extremely durable and slip-resistant texture.

After scraping and vacuuming the excess quartz, we sealed everything with a high-build clear epoxy grout coat. The system provides excellent chemical resistance against solvents and degreasers commonly used in the shop. Floor markings for safety lanes and equipment zones were added as a final touch, giving the workspace a professional, organized appearance.
