These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website operated by Concrete Masters (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the concrete flooring services we provide. By accessing or using our Site or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Site or services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing concretemastersusa.com or requesting services from Concrete Masters, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site or our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Services

Concrete Masters provides commercial and residential concrete flooring services in the Metro Atlanta, Georgia area. Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • Epoxy floor coatings (solid color, metallic, quartz broadcast, and flake systems)
  • Concrete polishing and diamond grinding
  • Concrete staining (acid stain and water-based dye systems)
  • Stamped concrete installation
  • Concrete overlays and resurfacing
  • Polyaspartic and urethane coatings
  • Vapor remediation and moisture mitigation
  • Self-leveling concrete systems
  • Flooring maintenance and repair

The specific scope, materials, timeline, and cost of each project are defined in a written proposal provided to the client before work begins.

3. Estimates and Proposals

Concrete Masters provides free, no-obligation estimates based on an on-site assessment of the project location. All estimates are valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the date issued, unless otherwise stated in writing. Estimates are based on conditions observed during the site assessment and may be subject to adjustment if hidden conditions are discovered during surface preparation, including but not limited to:

  • Excessive concrete moisture vapor emission rates requiring remediation.
  • Subsurface damage, cracks, or structural deficiencies not visible during initial assessment.
  • Existing coatings, adhesives, or contaminants that require additional preparation.
  • Changes to project scope requested by the client.

Any changes to the original estimate will be communicated to the client in writing and must be approved before additional work proceeds. A signed proposal or written acceptance constitutes a binding agreement between the client and Concrete Masters.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in each written proposal. Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, the following general payment terms apply:

  • A deposit may be required before materials are ordered and work is scheduled.
  • Progress payments may be required on larger projects, as specified in the proposal.
  • Final payment is due upon completion of the project and client walkthrough.
  • Accepted payment methods include check, bank transfer, and major credit cards.
  • Late payments may be subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.

Concrete Masters reserves the right to suspend work on any project with an outstanding balance past due by more than fifteen (15) days.

5. Project Scheduling and Access

The client agrees to provide Concrete Masters with reasonable access to the project site during scheduled work periods. Delays caused by the client's failure to provide site access, failure to complete prerequisite work by other trades, or changes to the project scope may result in schedule adjustments and additional charges.

Concrete Masters will make reasonable efforts to adhere to the project timeline outlined in the proposal. However, completion dates are estimates and may be affected by weather, material availability, site conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Warranty

Concrete Masters stands behind the quality of our workmanship and the materials we install. Warranty terms are specified in each written proposal and vary by service type and project scope. General warranty coverage includes:

  • Workmanship warranty covering defects in installation for the period specified in the proposal.
  • Manufacturer warranties on materials, which are passed through to the client as applicable.
  • Warranty claims must be reported to Concrete Masters in writing within a reasonable time of discovering the issue.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Misuse, abuse, or neglect of the installed flooring system.
  • Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or applications made by parties other than Concrete Masters.
  • Normal wear and tear consistent with the intended use of the flooring system.
  • Chemical exposure, impact damage, or conditions outside the specifications of the installed system.
  • Failure to follow maintenance recommendations provided by Concrete Masters.
  • Structural movement, settlement, or moisture conditions in the substrate that develop after installation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Georgia law, Concrete Masters' total liability for any claims arising from our services or the use of concretemastersusa.com shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

Concrete Masters shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, loss of use, or cost of substitute facilities, regardless of the cause of action or theory of liability.

This limitation of liability applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and shall survive the termination or expiration of any agreement between the client and Concrete Masters.

8. Indemnification

The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Concrete Masters, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from the client's breach of these Terms, misuse of the installed flooring system, or failure to disclose known site conditions relevant to the project.
